We strive for customer satisfaction. However, we do not allow exchanges without a valid reason. Our policy allows:

Exchange:

  • Exchange is only possible if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • If an exchange is not possible for the same product, we will offer a replacement.

  • If a replacement is also not available, a refund will be processed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after return approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
